Luis Barragan is an influential architect to my thesis topic because he employed color in all of his designs. Barragan was influenced by mexican artists, used a color palette derived from mexican traditions, studied Josef Albers books, used light as an important element, and ultimately used colors to perceive different emotions within the users.
